Flexible fire-resistant façade – maximum security with an attractive design

VISS Fire is the steel profile system for all standard fire-resistance classes, which also allows attractive façades to be created flexibly without compromising on security or design.

The fire protection system can be freely combined with standard VISS façades – with a consistent, uniform look thanks to identical façade elevations.

Slimline face widths with large areas of glass provide maximum light penetration and the highest level of transparency.

The system is designed for vertical façades in all tested fire resistance classes for internal and external use (E30/60/90, EI30/60/90), and approved in combination with Janisol 2 fire doors for internal use.

Improved thermal insulation, security and fabrication

The optimised Schüco AWS 75.SI+ (Super Insulation) standard window system for the 75 mm basic depth is part of the Schüco AWS system platform and forms the basis for a range of applications in energy-efficient building envelopes. Depending on the architectural requirements, the highly thermally insulated aluminium system can be used as a punched opening, ribbon window, façade insert unit or in combination with Schüco door systems.

An additional benefit for architects and specifiers is the wide range of opening types such as tilt/slide vents, bottom-hung toplights or horizontal and vertical pivot vents.

The Schüco FWS 60 façade system is an impressive basic system for façades and skylight areas with a high level of flexibility and attractive design options, including optimised fabrication and installation processes. Thanks to a broad system range, solutions for the most varied requirements and applications can be implemented.

A transparent system solution integrated in the profile for spandrel safety barriers blends seamlessly and elegantly into the external façade appearance.

Fire protection for 30 minutes of fire resistance – can be seamlessly combined with standard façades

The Schüco FW 50+ BF fire-resistant façade is fully tested in accordance with EN 13643-3 and provides 30 minutes of reliable fire resistance in the vertical and roof area, including protecting building roofs and inside areas against fire risks. It meets the requirements of fire resistance classes EI30 and EW30.

The multi-functional aluminium construction is visually identical to a standard Schüco façade and gives specifiers and architects new design freedom with generous dimensions.
