Object description

The residential and office center Nish Istanbul, located near Atatürk Airport, opened in 2010. The complex was designed by ALPAR architecture in Istanbul with Tahsin Alpar and Baris Yegena. The ensemble consists of four monolithic volumes – Nish Office A, Nish Residence B, Nish Residence C, and Residence Premium – which besides apartments, offer space for holiday flats and offices. The four towers are connected by the Nish Area on the ground floor, which is located in the vacant area between the buildings and contains shops and restaurants. The complex also has extensive leisure possibilities with green areas and sports facilities. The shimmering blue Schüco unitized façades are enlivened by vertical aluminum components.
