This double-leaf pivot-hinged door is truly one of a kind and has been constructed by the Schüco Partner Langer Metallbau from Bad Fallingbostel together with Schüco Jansen Steel Systems. The exclusive special construction is unique in this form: it consists of two fixed sidelights with two door leaves in the centre and combines impressive dimensions with ease of operation. Each leaf weighs approximately 500 kg but can be moved incredibly easily thanks to its sophisticated turning mechanism with two anchor points. When designing the building, importance was placed on ambitious and individual architecture: different façade types demarcate the living areas.
