Vor der Firmengründung im Jahr 2000 war er bereits 23 Jahre lang im Bereich Fassadenbau tätig. Zu seinen größten Projekten zählen der Potsdamer Platz in Berlin und das Cityhaus 1 Hochhaus in Frankfurt/Main. Weigle ist verantwortlich für eine Vielzahl von Patenten.
