The newbuild is almost completely self-sufficient in terms of energy and combines photovoltaic systems with geothermal heat production, highly efficient heat pumps and battery storage. The Schüco aluminium façade system impresses with its excellent thermal insulation and airtightness. This minimises heat loss, reduces energy consumption for heating and cooling and thus provides a significant contribution towards the energy efficiency of the building.
