Perfect views thanks to Design sliding doors

The four building structures vary in height from three to six storeys, and are tied together by horizontal concrete bands to avoid the visual impact of a solid single volume. Due to the irregular figure of the elongated plot, 21 different floor plan typologies were developed, providing 46 residential units with individual views of the ocean and surrounding area. These views can be enjoyed through the non-insulated Design sliding doors from Schüco that are installed in the building. Their slim profile face widths enable large glass areas to be created permitting maximum light penetration, while requiring a minimum amount of space and generating almost no noise when the sliding units move.
