Add-on construction on timber for façades and skylights with excellent performance characteristics
With the Schüco AOC 75 TI (timber) façade system, technically and creatively impressive skylight constructions and large-scale vertical façades in the 75-mm system width are possible on timber sub-structures.
New system components enable simple and reliable execution, including load transfer and screw guidance, even when working with large panes and triple glazing.
In the roof area, the innovative sealing system ensures maximum thermal insulation thanks to the integrated screw guidance.
The add-on construction on timber combines energy-efficient, aesthetically sophisticated construction with streamlined fabrication and installation.
Fabrication benefits
- One gasket for all levels. The new gasket geometry enables any number of replacements with optimised use of materials
- GI (gasket injection) technology with transom sealing piece and flex injector for reliable, clean and fast sealing of the transom connection
- Continuous mullion gasket for reliable fabrication – especially for large-scale façades or skylight constructions
- Special base profiles with positioning aid for woodworkers
- Ricon timber T-cleat from Knapp for quick and easy installation of the façade, even with angled or polygonal T-connections
