Pivot door with exciting dimensions and convenient operation

Unparalleled elegance in motion and design combined with exciting dimensions: the Schüco AD AL 75 door system (Aluminium Door air-lux) can be used to create attractive transitions between indoor and outdoor areas with leaf sizes of up to 2500 mm x 4000 mm. As a striking opening system with a central or lateral rotating axis, the pivot doors make an architectural statement in luxury residential and commercial buildings - with new options for the design of expansive glass façades.

Equipped with the patented pneumatic air-lux gasket system, the thermally insulated pivot door creates a comfortable living and working environment and offers exceptional structural values in all weather conditions. Two continuous, inflatable ring gaskets are fully integrated in the aluminium profiles of the frame construction and guarantee complete weathertightness.

The large pivot doors are also incredibly simple and easy to operate. From inside, the doors are operated by pressing a button that is integrated in the outer frame profile or the wall. If the button is pressed when the door is closed, the two pneumatic seals deflate and the locking pins retract. The operating forces required to open the door are reduced to a minimum. With another press of the button, the locking pins close the unit.

From outside, the doors can be operated using smart home components, such as Schüco Fingerprint or Schüco Smart Touch. Conventional access control systems can also be connected.
