The assembly table for vent fittings is a versatile swivel/tilt table suitable for a wide range of jobs when assembling vents and small frames. The size of the work surface can be adjusted using extensions and swivel arms.
Fabrication benefits
- The turn/tilt function of the table enables optimized positioning of the sash frame for the operator.
- The sash frames can be rotated using the rollers mounted in the upper section, enabling effective hardware installation.
- Ideally suited for a higher number of production runs if a central glazing bead and transom rod production facility and several assembly stations are available.
