Using the frame transport trolley creates new flexibility - in storage and access to the workpieces. Curing no longer has to be waited for, annoying stacking and carrying is no longer necessary and frames can be pushed to the next processing step immediately by just one person after the adhesive has been injected. Spatial obstructions are avoided and the removal option on both sides allows the trolley to be used between two workplaces while the frames are secured with a hand brake.
Fabrication benefits
- Thanks to the open trolley, frames can be removed from the front and rear of the workstations.
- Multiple stacking, re-stacking and carrying of the frames is no longer necessary because the frames can be transported simply and easily with the trolley after adhesive injection.
- The trolley can be moved by just one person.
