Services for the planning and installation of smart building solutions

You would like to install smart building systems? Our team of experts will accompany you during the planning, assembly, commissioning and execution of the installation.

1. Project support
Our experts are on hand to advise you and talk to the trades. We make sure that everything is perfectly coordinated.
2. Link
Schüco acts as an interface to the trades carrying out the work and establishes contact with the individual trades (metal workers, electricians, general contractors and/or architects).
3. Review of the project-specific documents
Schüco reviews the existing project-specific documents in order to be able to support the partner in the execution of the building project.

4. Object-specific offer
Schüco prepares a quotation based on the documents provided, tailored to the required building project.
5. Object-specific connection plan
Schüco creates an object-specific connection plan in a resolved representation for Tip Tronic units on the basis of the planning documents.
6. Advisory participation in construction meetings
Schüco supports the partners in an advisory capacity at construction meetings, on topics such as specification texts and responsibilities, cable routing, placement of components or similar.
7. Execution of services on site
We support you in the workshop as well as on the construction site. With the highest quality and efficiency, we ensure that all work is carried out professionally.
8. Object specific documentation package
We create a documentation package for you, which is exactly tailored to your construction project. This means that you have all the relevant information and documents available at all times.

System briefings

We support you on site in your workshop and provide you with the necessary know-how for the construction of the element. During the briefing, you will learn everything you need to know about the correct processing of Schüco systems. Using current processing catalogs, our technicians will show you what to look out for when manufacturing windows, doors or façades.

Remote Services

With our Remote Services offer, we provide you with digital manufacturing support. For this purpose, you will receive a Remote Service Kit with an FDC mobile and corresponding tools. This allows you to connect digitally with a Schüco service technician. The instruction takes place "remotely" directly in the customer's workshop. Technical information is presented digitally using videos, images and demonstration objects. This is followed by an evaluation of the briefing. Our customers are instructed in the products quickly, flexibly and efficiently.



Experience smooth and professional commissioning of your electronic windows and sliding systems by Schüco technicians. Our experts commission your systems and ensure that everything is optimally coordinated. Commissioning is carried out using an interface already installed on the property and special Schüco commissioning software (ETA).
