As part of the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we are currently changing our sustainability reporting process. So far, we have followed the GRI standards for our report that is published every two years. This online report takes European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) into account for the first time. Wherever possible, we are already making ESRS-compliant information available. The “Transparency” section shows which reporting requirements are taken into account in addition, and where the corresponding information can be found.
The report primarily relates to the Schüco Group with its fully consolidated subsidiaries. The information requested by ESRS, however, is not yet being collected and systematically assessed by all of the subsidiaries. Alongside the report, new processes for Group-wide data collection and assessment are currently being rolled out.
Schüco International KG is a special case because, due to its legal form, it is not obligated to provide a detailed publication regarding its financial figures. That is why the sustainability declaration is not in the company's management report, but instead published as a standalone report. The Schüco Group also makes key figures, activities and economic developments available in an annotated annual report.
The information given here relates to the time period from 1 January 2023 until 31 December 2024. It was published on 1 July 2025 and has been available online since then. The report will not be checked by an external body.
