Information about the report

As part of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we are currently updating our sustainability reporting. This online report has been prepared in accordance with the European guidelines on the disclosure of sustainability information, the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The ‘Transparency’ section outlines which additional reporting requirements have been referenced and where the relevant information can be found. The reporting covers the Schüco Group and its fully consolidated subsidiaries. 

In addition to the online report, we publish a CSRD-compliant sustainability statement for the entire Schüco Group in the form of a PDF document. This document can also be found in the ‘Transparency’ section of the report archive.

Schüco International KG is a special case because, due to its legal form, it is not obligated to provide a detailed publication regarding its financial figures. That is why the sustainability declaration is not in the company's management report, but instead published as a standalone report. The Schüco Group also makes key figures, activities and economic developments available in an annotated annual report. 

The information here relates to the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. It was published on 29 May 2026 and has been available online since then. The report is not be checked by an external body.
