Schüco fabrication machines provide quality and versatility

Schüco fabrication machines are some of the best on the market in terms of the quality and functionality they offer. Furthermore, Schüco provides free training on how to use the machines both at its Milton Keynes training academy or at the fabricator’s factory.

In addition to the free training, Schüco also provides free lifetime hotline support once you purchase one of its fabrication machines.

Whether it is from the service desk of Schüco KG or Schüco UK, an engineer can gain remote access onto the machine to diagnose any service issues and a UK-based engineer is available to visit site if required.

Schüco engineers can provide technical support for bespoke projects, fault diagnoses and any other needs that may arise.

Stephen Greenall, Technical Engineer (Machinery) for Schüco, elaborates on the decision process involved with purchasing a Schüco fabrication machine: “Purchasing a Schüco machine is a big investment, so we’re careful to take the time with customers to train them properly and ensure that they will be receiving the best lifetime support available.

“Whether customers want to attend a training session at our Milton Keynes workshop, or if they would prefer a Schüco engineer to visit their factory, we take them through the ins and outs of the machine they want to purchase and demonstrate its quality and reliability. Once they see how simple it is to operate the machines, fabricators are often able to begin production with their new machines within a week of installation.”

All Schüco fabrication machines are CNC machines, meaning they can be programmed to manufacture any system, not just Schüco, providing fabricators with versatility.

Schüco CNC machines are able to fabricate both aluminium and steel – all that is required for fabricating steel are some slight software modifications that can be done both pre- and post-installation.

All Schüco machines use SchüCal, the company’s configuration software. The software comprises a number of search functions, allowing its users to comb through technical manuals using filters. Catalogues, training videos, article numbers and specific terms can be found quickly and easily, saving time and money.

SchüCal is regularly updated and Schüco offers onboarding schemes for fabricators to trial the software. It is a two way street though, with fabricators needing to dedicate time to train with and learn about the software.
