To do so, our team of experts combines on-site inspections with digital scanning technology. The information collected can be used to create a digital twin that provides structured documentation of the available building data. The building assessment helps investors and other project stakeholders identify refurbishment needs at an early stage, evaluate different options and make informed decisions on how to proceed. Efficient data collection from the air

Where appropriate, we use drone technology to assess hard-to-reach areas of the building envelope. This allows relevant parts of the building to be documented without relying exclusively on scaffolding-based inspections. In addition, digital analysis methods and element management enable the structured recording of existing building components. Thermal emission analyses can provide indications of potential energy-related weak points, helping to determine which further investigations or refurbishment measures may be appropriate.​

We support you in identifying potential funding programmes for the refurbishment of residential and non-residential buildings. Our team of experts assesses which programmes may be suitable for the respective project and, if required, supports the application process, from selecting appropriate funding opportunities to submitting the necessary documentation. Whether funding is granted, and the amount awarded, depends on the conditions of the respective funding programme and the assessment by the responsible funding body.​
