Review

A film is worth a thousand words.

At our 585 m² stand, the central theme of sustainability consistently ran like a green thread through our entire presence at this year's FENSTERBAU FRONTALE with a lushly planted stand architecture, a completely paperless concept and digital information sources. And in keeping with the green concept, the three themed areas "CARBON CONTROL", "RESIDENTIAL" and "DIGITAL" were harmoniously integrated.

CARBON CONTROL

We are paying particular attention to the carbon footprint of window, door and sliding systems and providing answers about how to best meet the requirements of reduced-carbon residential construction. From the range of profiles to the finished element and the return to the material cycle – everything consistently contributes to reducing the CO₂ footprint of a building envelope.

DIGITAL

Efficient processes are essential for business success. These can be enhanced by intelligent digital solutions from Schüco. We therefore offer a wide array of options to support customers and partners and make their work easier. The digital services also include the handy IoF ID (Internet of Façades) tag, featuring a QR code that can be used to access the building’s digital twin via an app. Another highlight was the VR station, where visitors explored virtual reference projects with a VR headset.

RESIDENTIAL

Whether with PVC-U, aluminium or hybrid, this themed area was dedicated to all aspects of residential construction and our product innovations in this area – for new builds or renovations. Highlight was our new PVC-U window system Schüco FocusIng with 76 mm vent basic depth – a combination of excellent performance properties and sustainable material – as well as the product ranges for serial construction, such as our new system solution Schüco Perfect and our innovations in the comprehensive sliding portfolio.

Schüco Perfect offers ideal conditions for serial construction across all trades, for Schüco windows and sliding systems in aluminium and PVC-U: add-ons such as sun shading or flyscreens, a window sill, fall protection or even thresholds can be supplied prefabricated and preassembled so that installation on site takes just ten minutes. For reliable and time-efficient planning, fabrication and installation. The Schüco ASE 60/80.HI Perfect sliding system and the Schüco LivIng Perfect PVC-U window system were presented on the Schüco stand at Fensterbau Frontale.
