Independent rolling and taping of profiles

Partners can prefabricate profiles themselves by rolling or taping them using Schüco Fabrication machines. A significant advantage is the flexibility when discussing projects. Another key component of prefabricating profiles is a profile taping machine for applying easily removable tape to a large number of profiles, so as to avoid damage to the surface finish during fabrication and assembly.

More flexibility and adaptability
Isomat

The Schüco Isomat is extremely versatile and flexible to work with since it can be used to roll together different half profiles and profile colours. Purchasing individual items reduces the inventory. Combined with the PFA profile taping machine, this machine allows valuable fabrication time to be saved.

PFA profile taping machine

The Schüco PFA profile taping machine allows large quantities of profiles to be processed, without having to constantly change the rollers. This means that price reductions due to damage are kept to a minimum.

Rolling machine

The rolling machine can be used to quickly roll over profiles on façades on site. By turning the hand crank, the mullion and transoms profiles, cover caps and insert profiles are pulled through and shaped by a mechanism.
