Four wins

With the four-head corner joining machine, large frames can be punched in a small space with only one person. Window, door and façade profiles are processed simultaneously and automatically at all four corners, so that all profile sizes are joined efficiently and reliably in a maximum of 40 seconds with consistent quality. The Schüco clamping and punching system distributes the cutting tolerances evenly over the corners and the barrier-free access makes it easier to insert the profiles. Most geometries are processed with the same punching blade and the automatic adjustment of the chamber attachment saves costs. The system can be optimally implemented in the production line and set up in a space-saving manner in the corner of a hall.
