Situated just 2.5 km from the centre of the Armenian capital city of Yerevan, Amanoo is a green sanctuary with breathtaking views of the city. This view is made possible, among other things, by the folding sliding doors that open the living spaces completely to the outside.

This area extends over five hectares at an altitude of 1100 metres and offers families the perfect blend of comfortable living, nature and proximity to the city. The Ivy complex is the first area to be completed as part of the Amanoo project. Four to six-storey buildings that are curved in shape, visually reminiscent of ivy leaves, offer space for 50 apartments. An artificial park landscape with a variety of trees and channels of water surrounds the buildings.
Large-scale window and sliding systems were used in the design concept for all the apartments to ensure that the natural form of the surroundings and the fantastic views of Yerevan could also be enjoyed by all the residents from every apartment. The Schüco AS FD 90.HI folding sliding system provides a complete opening to the outside. It is characterised by its extremely narrow face widths and excellent thermal insulation. The folding sliding system platform was awarded the iF Design Award 2023 and the Red Dot Award 2023 for its design-oriented appearance and refined functionality. Additionally, a Cradle-to-Cradle certification verifies the good recyclability of the product.
