Energy efficiency meets intelligent design

MXM Aragón has been developed in accordance with the principles of “Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings” and meets the highest standards in thermal efficiency and indoor climate. The energy-efficient concept is based on passive house architecture, including construction that is free from thermal bridging, controlled ventilation with heat recovery and precise control of sunlight via large south-facing windows with overlaps, as well as adjustable louvre blades on the east and west façades. Particular attention has been paid to the highly insulated glazing, which is present in the form of windows and Panorama Design sliding doors from Schüco. These not only ensure energy efficiency but also a high degree of transparency in the building envelope.

旭格FWS 60 CV幕墙系统

窗扇和幕墙承重结构在外观上完美融合

旭格FWS 60 CV(隐扇)幕墙系统将和谐流畅的可视面与极高的功能性及良好的隔热性能相结合。开启扇与固定扇可视面宽度仅为60 mm,从外观上看并无二致。在平齐封闭的内侧,纤细的阴影接缝与窗执手使窗扇显露无疑。

凭借落地窗式的平开扇和内开内倒扇,系统为幕墙实现最大通透度。结构经过升级的单元组件与安装位置不受限制的上亮和底扇提供额外的设计自由。

该幕墙系统的另一项优势在于可整合带电动扇的自动化通风控制系统,用于夜间制冷,也可作为无窗执手的下悬扇解决方案。
