Linear, practical and clean – this is the architectural character of the Esencja apartment complex in Poznań. Floor-to-ceiling PVC-U windows and balcony doors ensure indoor spaces are flooded with natural light. The transparent, barely noticeable spandrel glazing preserves the harmonious appearance of the façade while allowing an unobstructed view to the outside. In some areas, bar infills have been used to create visual accents.
