The Flow

The first BREEAM building in the Czech Republic

The Flow is a modern corner building in the centre of the business district in Prague, offering 15,000 m² for offices and 7000 m² of retail space. Chapman Taylor designed the building with the utmost care to reflect the urban, historical and social significance of its prominent location on Wenceslas Square. The Flow is the first building in the Czech Republic to be given the BREEAM “Outstanding” classification.
