First-class new office building

The 22-storey building is located in the centre of Hanoi and is designed to be visually in keeping with the urban character of the surrounding city buildings. The ground floor of the building is clad with elegant, earthy materials and screening units. In the upper floors, the mostly glazed façade frames the panoramic view over the city. The aim is to achieve LEED Platinum certification with this project.
