Compresses strongly

With the three-axis machine, work is carried out on a pneumatically rotating support table within a completely enclosed machining area. The compact system is specially designed for window and door production from aluminium and steel profiles and offers efficient application possibilities in the economical quality production of profile lengths up to 3,200 millimetres. The automatic clamping block displacement reduces non-productive time and, in particular, smaller operations are reliably and efficiently guided to high-quality results with the three-sided and forehead machining with low space consumption.

Fabrication benefits

  • Simple 3-sided processing of aluminum and steel profiles.
  • Components open at the sides enable a processing length of up to 6.4 m.
  • Two hinged fixed stops ensure exact zero point determination.
  • Integrated, fully automatic measuring stop for measuring the profile length.
  • The protective cover for loading and unloading opens automatically and the profile contact edge has been moved to the front for optimum loading and unloading.
  • Integrated absolute displacement measuring system in all axes and therefore no more time-consuming referencing after switching on.
