The machine creates a fully automatic punching process for a wide variety of profile geometries. In addition, the CC 800 guarantees a high process speed and punches a frame every 70 seconds.

Corner connection in the run

The CC 800 lays the foundation for automated assembly and thus secures the future of the workshop. It punches a frame every 70 seconds, whether large or small. CC 800 - the new standard in frame assembly.

Flexible and fully automatic

A fully automatic compensation of profile tolerances is integrated in the functions of the CC 800. In addition, the CC 800 can be used flexibly in different workshop layouts, whether windows, doors or facade elements - and is particularly suitable for line production.

"The CC 800 is our answer to the shortage of skilled workers. The latest four-head corner connector machine punches a frame every 70 seconds. Twice as many frames in less time than any conventional way of working. Even large facade or sliding elements no longer have to be nailed, but nailed easily punched with the CC 800. This makes it the heart of every almost industrial line production in your assembly."
