The new “Plus Zwei” building is part of the “Viertel Zwei”, a new area consisting of offices, restaurants, small shops, and green areas in Vienna’s District 2. The expressive office complex consists of stacked volumes which relate to the surroundings at different heights. Two stacked, projecting horizontal volumes are positioned on a three-story base and a nine-story section on the western side. The steel frame building is clad in a Schüco aluminium all glass façade, which provides a great deal of natural light due to the ample glazing.
