Self-regulating mechanical ventilator for the window rebate​

The Schüco VentoAir ventilation system regulates continuous air exchange, including dehumidification, in residential buildings without the need for user intervention. The principle behind these purely mechanical ventilators is based on the equalisation of pressure differences between the outside and inside.​

At higher wind speeds, the ventilator flap automatically reduces the inflow of air to minimise draughts.It is discreetly integrated into the centre seal: horizontally at the top or in the side rebate of the outer frame.​

The ventilation system can be used in conjunction with shaft ventilation or extract air systems and thus meets the minimum requirements for moisture protection.​
