Skilfully combined

The latest Schüco production system combines the advantages of a throughput centre with those of a five-axis machine: production is cost-effective, plannable and flexible with versatile cutting and latching options. The high speed in continuous production sequences with intermittent unmanned operation saves costs and the combined pre-loading and unloading magazine saves space. Two five-axis towers and five self-driven clamping jacks are installed on nine metres. The innovative combination of safe clamping behaviour, surface protection and flexibility enables problem-free handling of different profile geometries in six-sided machining.

Fabrication benefits

  • Compact profile magazine for maximum, unmanned fabrication
  • Innovative feed process provides a wide variety of options
  • Pioneering clamp: reliable profile clamping right through to the vent profiles
  • Parallel-operating towers ensure short fabrication times
