With its three striking towers (28, 15 and 9 storeys respectively) and a central connecting building, the Arter Quarter sets new standards in urban living and working in Tallinn. Designed by Martin Aunin, the complex brings together offices, apartments and leisure facilities in a clearly structured, vibrant urban district. The façade combines high-quality materials and large glass areas, which guide natural light into the interior and convey visual lightness. Roof gardens, terraces and a green atrium provide links to nature, both horizontally and vertically, to break up the urban density.
