Iconic apartment blocks in Dubai

The Marina Gate Tower 1 project consists of a seven-storey podium, which is home to waterside villas and boutique shops. Rising above this are three 43 to 56-story towers with modern apartments and maisonette penthouses. The transparent glass façades and reflective louvre blades of the towers lend the building a clear, elegant appearance throughout the whole day. At night, they transform into illuminated sculptures and the marina is characterised by their iconic architecture.
