Certified, award-winning architecture
Designed in accordance with LEED Gold standards, the building combines progressive, resource-conserving construction methods with highly modern design solutions. Adaptive reuse, efficient energy use and flexible spatial concepts are combined with a clear, aesthetic language of design across 9400 m2. The building was presented with the renowned “Best Office Architecture in Arabia” prize at the 2025 International Property Awards.
