Schüco VentoTec has been specially designed for the requirements of commercial buildings and is the perfect supplement to the proven decentralised ventilation systems from Schüco. In addition to an increased exchange of air and optimised heat recovery, the system offers profile and system integration combined with window and façade profiles. The sophisticated integration of the design in the opaque surfaces of the building envelope is achieved thanks to the minimised installation space for the ventilation components. The decentralised, room-by-room installation in conjunction with the integrated air quality and moisture sensors allows operation to suit requirements, which is not possible with centralised ventilation solutions. With a number of different device variants, master-slave concepts can also be implemented for larger office units.

• Motorised butterfly valves prevent uncontrolled air exchange when the device is switched off

• External air filter to grade F7 in accordance with DIN EN 779 for filtering out pollen and dust particles
• Integrated variable bypass for cold recovery and night-time cooling reduce room temperature in the summer
