The Schüco Doors ADS SimplySmart system platform provides ground-breaking, efficient solutions for optimised fabrication and installation

Thanks to the innovative aluminium profile composition, Schüco ADS SimplySmart offers a fittings groove in the central profile chamber. That ensures efficient fabrication of hinges, lock technology and additional components such as T-cleats. The additional use of swivel-in sliding blocks allows the precise, processing-free installation of fittings to the highest quality. An additional fittings groove also integrated in the centre chamber secures an easy-to-install cable guide of up to two 14-pole cables – this saves time and costs for the creation of automated door system solutions.

Additional fabrication benefits can be derived from the symmetrical profile composition. This allows the same corner cleats to be used in inner and outer profiles. For very large leaf formats, the centre chamber can be used for additional corner cleats to improve stability. A further improvement to the installation properties is achieved through the interconnected rebate and centre gasket, which has been developed specially for the Schüco ADS SimplySmart system platform and is fitted in a single fabrication step.
