Motorised louvre blade Venetian blind fully integrated in the Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI composite window

Schüco Solar Shading CCB (Concealed Composite Blind) solar shading is a louvre blade Venetian blind that is completely integrated into the Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI composite window. The special alloyed, 25 mm wide aluminum louvre blades can be raised, lowered and turned by means of a 24 V electric motor.

This allows the Schüco Solar Shading CCB to provide anti-glare protection, solar shading and screening, as well as a clear view to the outside. The system can also be used irrespective of wind louds due to its protected position in the composite window. Schüco Solar Shading CCB was developed specifically for use in the Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI composite window.

It is installed in the vent in the space between the single glazing on the outside and the double glazing on the inside so that the top profile of the Venetian blind is completely concealed. As the CCB system is installed in the Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI composite window, this allows a minimum bundle height to be achieved when the Venetian blind is raised and prevents light coming through at the sides when the blind is lowered.

Energy

Design

• Special alloyed, aluminium louvre blades: 25 mm wide, slightly curved and highly flexible
• There are no gaps at the sides to allow light through, as the blinds are guided at the sides in the rebate space.
• The top profile of the Venetian blind is concealed, which means that only a small proportion of the bundle can be seen when the blind is rolled up

Automation

• Rapid installation system of the Venetian blinds using clips (no screws or drill holes).
• Exact positioning in thecomposite window, secure installation, calculation of the Venetian blind dimensions can be automatically derived from the composite window dimensions
• Connection to power supply via a plug-in contact between the top profile of the Venetian blind and the window vent profile
