This skyscraper in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, is the tallest tower block in South-East Europe. It is 142 metres in height, spanning 38 floors. There is a 30-metre mast at the very top. Most striking is that the blue building structure, which leans against a plainly vertical component, seems to revolve. Here, in the coloured façade section with solar shading glass, horizontal caesurae have been added, creating the impression of the structure being stretched. The surface of the sinuous component that rises skyward is thus designed to appear imbricative. The connective centre forms a central axis with steps up to the top, which is crowned by the antenna.
