Schüco acquires a share in Sälzer GmbH from Marburg
High-security products for global markets:
Bielefeld. Pending antitrust approval, Schüco is acquiring a share in Sälzer GmbH, based in Marburg. Sälzer GmbH has a good reputation in the construction industry and has been specialising in high-security products for buildings for around 40 years. Now owned by the third generation, Sälzer develops and produces windows, doors and façades that protect against break-ins, bullets, explosions, fire and smoke. Schüco sees the stake in Sälzer GmbH as an opportunity to significantly expand its business activities in the field of high security.
