Mechatronic Fittings for Aluminium Window Systems

Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart is the concealed mechatronic fitting for automating Schüco aluminium window systems, which combines energymanagement, building automation and security whilst setting newstandards with a puristic design. The window thus becomes an integralcomponent of the intelligent building, exploits the energy efficiency potential of the building envelope and also features an attractive appearance with its timeless architectural design.

Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart sets new standards for concealed actuator technology. It not only represents the quietest mechatronic Schüco actuator on the market, but is also a fully-tested system consisting of an actuator, fitting and profile system. Increased opening widths and flexible unit sizes also allow Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart to be used in almost all Schüco window systems with various opening types.

FUNCTION: TIMED VENTILATION

With Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart fittings, the time and duration of ventilation can be easily adjusted by means of mobile devices and controlled automatically.

FUNCTION: OUT AND ABOUT

The status overview allows you to quickly check your window units – even while out and about. This function shows the position status of the windows.

FUNCTION: OPENING WIDTHS

The Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart generation of fittings allows opening widths of up to 250 mm for each window (for turn/tilt windows). At the same time, new drive technology ensures enlarged ventilation cross sections of up to 750 mm.

The result is significantly more efficient air circulation due to a doubling of the air exchange rate and therefore a faster reduction in the temperature difference between the inside and outside areas – all by natural means, without any additional energy use and the associated costs. Ventilation of large spaces, e.g. gymnasiums, atria or assembly halls, is therefore easier and more effective.

With the new drive technology, Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart Windows open and close within seconds.

Function: Power Management

Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart power management allows efficient configuration of power packs that conserves resources. Up to 30 windows can be supplied with just one power pack.

Function: Anti-finger-trap Protection

In addition to the integrated anti-finger-trap protection in safety class 2, Schüco also offers anti-finger-trap protection with a sensor strip, which reacts to even the slightest contact with any part of the frame and corresponds to safety classes 3 and 4.

FUNCTION: SENSORS

Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart windows are controlled automatically by means of sensors in conjunction with the Schüco Automation Manager.

With the Building Skin Control (BSC) system range, Schüco is offering a building automation solution which allows automation components from Schüco to be intelligently networked with one another. They can also be easily connected to standardised building management systems. Controlling Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart products with the Schüco BSC system platform is the perfect solution for automatic ventilation of home and work and is particularly suitable for windows or toplights that are difficult to access.
