Non-insulated door and wall construction for fire resistance classes E30 and EW30

Reliable safety in the event of a fire combined with flexibility and design freedom throughout the system: the Schüco ADS 65.NI FR 30 (Non-Insulated Fire-Resistant) door system for fire and smoke protection applications can, in addition to 30 minutes of fire resistance, be equipped with multi-functional properties for commercial project requirements such as burglar resistance, panic doors or sound reduction.

The large-scale single and double-leaf door constructions with maximum design freedom, based on highly stable aluminium profiles with a basic depth of 65 mm, meet the highest architectural requirements and can be used for internal applications.

The system solution also impresses in terms of cost effectiveness: neither door constructions nor fixed glazing require the use of fire boards. To this end, the multi-purpose groove and clip-on fittings permit simple, quick and thus cost-effective fabrication.

The fully tested system boasts numerous country-specific approvals which serve as fire protection certification. In Germany, only G30 fixed glazing can be used in accordance with building regulations.
