A residential building as a work of art

Fragment is a visually extraordinary, premium rental apartment project in Prague's Karlín district. The building brings together art, comfort and functionality in a total of 140 apartments, which were all cohesively designed from the very beginning. The façade features unconventional block units, or fragments, which come together to form an overall appearance that is compact yet multi-layered. The highly insulated block windows with concealed vents ensure maximum transparency.
