Schüco press folder for BAU 2019

Bielefeld/Munich. Under the motto “Experience Progress”, Schüco is presenting comprehensive building envelope solutions for innovative commercial and residential buildings at BAU 2019. Six key themes are being showcased which, from the company's point of view, will shape the future of construction: Home, Vertical, Smart Building, Security, Digitalisation and Acoustics.

Not only does noise cause disruptions and reduce quality of life, it can even lead to illness. At BAU in Munich, Schüco is presenting new solutions which can reduce noise levels indoors and in urban outdoor spaces.

The AWS 90 AC.SI sound reduction window has a special centre gasket and guides air through the vent, ensuring sound reduction in the ventilation position.

Schüco prototype at BAU 2019: The ASE 80.HI Design Line sliding unit is fitted with an ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) ventilation module in pocket design. When the sliding unit is closed, the ANC ventilation module is concealed in the wall. For ventilation, the handle position on the sliding vent is used to pull the ANC ventilation module out of the wall.
