Tailored façade construction
The sustainability of the building stems in part from its tailored façade construction developed by the Schüco engineering team. The façade combines style with the technical properties of the numerous Schüco systems installed. The systems offer optimum thermal insulation values which contribute towards efficient building operation.
Multiple awards
This work towards sustainable building design, energy-saving operation and a healthy working environment has been acclaimed by the three internationally recognised certification systems for sustainable building: LEED, BREEAM and DGNB. From DGNB, the building received the two most prestigious awards: Platinum for sustainability and Diamond for its design and cultural building heritage.
