Schuco Aluminum systems: Schuco ADS door system
With UF values up to 1.0 W/(m-k), Schuco door systems fulfill the highest requirements for thermal insulation. They are available in basic depths of 50 to 112 mm. This means that there is an ideal system for every requirement.Vent heights of up to 2500 mm andvent heights up to 200 kg offer desing freedom for architectural, high-quality solutions. A high degree of security is aslo assured the doors can be designed up to safety class RC 3 (WK3).
FW 60+.HI: System solutions for vertical facades and skylights
Roof types: from monopitch roofs through to arched heads with wide spans for large projects, e.g. shopping centres or administration buildings.
The .SI (Super Insulation) system option not only fulfils current energy-saving standards, such as the EnEV, but with Uf values of up to 0.7 W/m2K, already exceeds some of these requirements today. In this way, aluminum curtain walling suitable for passive housing is now an option.

Bullitt Center - Seattle, WA
The Bullitt Center in Seattle Washington was designed to be the world´s greenest office building, but also to be a catalyst for change in the way buildings are designed for the future. A few of the core principles of design that the development team sought after were energy efficiency and the use of non-toxic building materials. These principles are integral components of the Living Building Challenge - an extremely strenuous building certification program that the Bullitt Center was designed to meet.
Schuco´s FW60+.HI curtain wall and AWS 102 parallel opening windows are prominent aesthetic features of the Bullitt Center, but also are key elements in achieving the Living Building Challenge through high thermal performance and environmentally friendly materials. Schuco is proud to be part of the realization of the Bullitt Center and the benchmark it has set for sustainable buildings.
