Installation methods for Premium line thermal collectors
The six different installation types for Premium Line components give you the option of designing your system to suit as you see fit. A unitary frame size allows you to combine thermal collectors, photovoltaic modules and Schüco roof windows in different permutations, in order to achieve particularly attractive roof designs.
On-roof
A proven, reliable solution for all common types of roofs and roofing. Optimum adjustment of solar units to types of roof.
In-roof
Roof integration of solar technology with streamlined appearance. No need for conventional tiling underneath the collectors and modules.
Complete roof
Premium Line in-roof installation allows Premium thermal collectors, photovoltaic modules or Schüco roof windows to be installed across an entire roof.
Flat roof
For flat roofs, e.g. on bungalows or garages Especially easy installation through Schüco installation frames that are either fixed by weights or which can be connected with the building structure.
Façades
Collector or module installation as partial or complete façade or if no suitable roof surfaces are available.
Canopy
Interesting alternative for awkward roof situations. Canopy-installed thermal collectors or photovoltaic modules protect against the elements and provide shading, in addition to generating heat or electricity.
Installation methods for Compact line thermal collectors
Installation of Schüco Compact collectors is extremely flexbile and very fast. On-roof, in-roof, or flat-roof installation is possible and collector frames and substructure profiles have an attractive black finish. The use of aluminium and stainless steel means that all components are especially durable and corrosion-resistant.
On-roof
The most common intallation type in Germany. Fast, secure and especially easy to install. With special Schüco roof anchors suitable for every standard type of roof tiling.
In-roof
The in-roof installation combines the elegance of roof integration with time-saving installation steps of on-roof installation.
Flat roof
Flat-roof installation is a suitable option for bungalows, garages or open spaces. Installation is the same as for on-roof version with extension using flat-roof stands.
