Mounting systems for family homes
Whatever the roof type, Schüco offers the right solution for almost every type of installation and project. The Schüco on-roof mounting system includes mounting rails, roof anchors and all the components required for easy installation. Standard and Premium modules can be integrated elegantly into the building roof using the Schüco in-roof mounting system. The comprehensive Schüco product range is completed by the canopy and complete-roof mounting system.
PV Light
The PV Light mounting system facilitates fast and secure installation of all standard module types on conventionally covered pitched roofs. Special roof anchors for all customary types of roof covering attach the mounting rails structurally to the roof construction. The PV modules are mounted on the mounting rails using retaining clips with positive and non-positive locking. Using Schüco OneTurn technology, the mounting rails can also easily be attached to the roof anchors from the side.
The exclusive use of stainless steel or aluminum means that all components are weather-resistant with a long service life.
PV Light for in-roof and complete roof
All currently available standard modules can be integrated elegantly into the building roof using the new PV Light in-roof system. The homogeneous roof surface achieves a particularly elegant roof-line. The mounting frame is designed as a watertight flashing, making a conventional roof covering superfluous. It is just as possible to implement a complete roof solution as it is to integrate smaller module fields into the existing roof covering.
MSE 100 for frameless thin-film modules
For the frameless AL module series, Schüco has developed the MSE 100 mounting system, making cost-efficient installation possible, in particular on large roofs and surfaces. The rear struts for structural reinforcement of the AL thin-film modules are also used as the first mounting level.
Canopy
Canopy installation offers the additional benefits of weather resistance and shading. Schüco systems offer weathertightness throughout and have a gutter with a rain spout. The adjustable load-bearing profiles can compensate for wall unevenness. Canopy installation is a unique design feature suitable for any type of building architecture.
