The new Schüco ADS 80 FR 30 fire-resistant system for doors and wall units is based on new, robust hollow chamber profiles with a basic depth of 80 mm. Optional fittings components can be added to create multi-purpose doors to meet the widest range of requirements for building security and automation.

With the appropriate fire-resistant glazing, the fully approved aluminium door and wall system meets all the requirements of fire resistance classes T90 / F90 in accordance with DIN 4102, and class EI90 in accordance with DIN EN 1364 / 1634. Optional fittings can be added to the fire-resistant constructions.

With Schüco Firestop II, the user can rely on integral problem solutions, coupled with high system expertise and extensive compatibility. All components, for example, fire-resistant glass, fire and smoke doors and burglar resistance, are delivered from a single source.

Firestop II PG can be used inside as an F30 all-glass partition wall construction and provides 30 minutes of fire resistance. The fire-resistant all-glass system has a sophisticated design and is fully approved. It guarantees maximum light transmission and views from room to room thanks to minimal vertical silicone joints or H-shaped profiles (mullion profiles not required).

Schüco Firestop II, the proven aluminium construction for T30 door and wall units, meets the requirements of fire resistance classes T30 / F30 and G30 in accordance with DIN 4102. In addition to effective fire and smoke protection, the multi-purpose system with an approved fittings package also offers burglar resistance up to WK3.

All NSHEVS installed after September 2006 must have been approved in accordance with EN 12101-2. NSHEVS (natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems) provide system-based solutions, tested in accordance with EN 12101-2, for a variety of high-quality applications in vertical façades and skylights.

The Schüco Royal S 65N RS system provides fully approved system solutions for smoke doors in inside areas in accordance with DIN 18095. The single-leaf or double-leaf door systems with clearance heights of up to 3 metres can be combined with fixed sidelights and toplights, thereby allowing elegant smoke protection constructions with maximum transparency and optimum security.

The Royal S 50N RS system is approved for the construction of smoke doors in accordance with DIN 18095. Single and double-leaf doors can be combined with fixed side lights and toplights.

The Jansen-Economy^® E30 (G30) (basic depth 50 or 60 mm) can be used to create elegant, project related vertical fire-resistant glazing which meets the requirements of the G30 fire resistance class.

SchücoFlam fire-resistant glass approved for the Schüco Door ADS 80 FR 30, Firestop II, FW 50₊BF and FW 60₊BF systems. Due to the maximum glass sizes of 1400 x 3000 mm (for Schüco Door ADS 80 FR 30), the glass offers a wide variety of uses both internally and externally.

VISS^® Fire is the system for all fire-resistant classes E130 and E190, E30, E60 and E90, with an attractive look. There is total compatibility as all glazing faces are identical, even with the standard VISS^® façades.
