Highest marketing award for Schüco
Amid the festive atmosphere of the Museum for Communication, Dirk U. Hindrichs, President and CEO of Schüco International KG, accepted the German Marketing Prize, thanking the jury headed by Karl Georg Musiol, President of the German Marketing Association.

Schüco wins iF product design award 2012
Schüco was able to impress the expert jury with three innovative and design-driven system solutions. The Schüco 2° System, a pioneering, proactive energy building envelope, was adjudged outstanding. Likewise Schüco ASS 77 PD.SI, a new sliding system with a panoramic design. The Schüco Door Control System, a modular door management system with state-of-the-art technology can now carry the distinctive iF label.

2011 German Marketing Prize for Schüco
The 2011 German Marketing Prize, the highest honour for outstanding performance in marketing, goes to Schüco International KG. The German Marketing Association rewards the globally successful premium provider of green technology across the building envelope for its ground-breaking marketing campaign promoting the Energy3 model – saving, generating and networking energy.

Schüco achieves record turnover in 2010 -€ 2.38 billion for climate protection
2010 was another record year for Schüco International KG.The leading supplier of aluminium, solar, steel and PVC-U systems for innovative and energy-efficient building envelopes generated turnover in excess of 2.38 billion euros for the first time. Despite fluctuating international markets, turnover grew by more than 400 million euros. This represents a 22 % increase compared to 2009. The equity capital quota grew in the reporting period from 58.7 % to 61.7 %.

Schüco to give up production of external blinds in Deggendorf
Schüco International KG plans to suspend production and marketing of external blinds at its base in Deggendorf, subject to agreement on reconciliation of interests, by 30 April 2011.

Architects Partner Award for Schüco Experts
Germany’s architects and interior designers have cast their vote. In a survey of 1017 developers conducted across Germany with the cooperation of the trade publications AIT and xia, Ulrich Dörflinger and Oliver Brucker emerged as the best architect advisers - four further Schüco consultants in the top 10.
