Our mounting systems are flexible and corrosion-resistant. We only use high-quality aluminium and stainless steel components. They can be perfectly tailored to the requirements of your roof construction.

On-roofmounting system:
for existing surfaces

Our Schüco collectors are installed on mounting rails, which are secured using roof anchors.

Flat-roof mounting system:
for bungalows and garages

Our Schüco collectors are secured here on brackets, at the optimum angle. There is no need to penetrate the roof covering.

In-roof mounting system:
seamlessly integrated

For this installation, our Schüco collectors replace the roof tiles. This creates a particularly attractive appearance.

Complete roof mounting system:
for world-champion savers

The complete roof installation is a special version of the in-roof installation. The combination of collectors and PV modules as well as roof windows are used instead of a conventional roof covering.

Our Schüco solar station and control unit, thermal storage cylinder, buffer storage cylinder, fresh water storage cylinders, heat pumps or gas condensing boilers are suitable for almost all available spaces.

Schüco solar stations and control units control the whole solar heating installation and optimise connection to any heating system. We also offer a wide range of high-quality thermal storage cylinders.

Automatic setting:
Solar station

Solar stations control the flow of solar fluid from the collectors into the solar storage cylinder. The solar outputs can only be effectively fed into the storage cylinder where volume flow is optimised. Schüco solar stations continually measure the volume flow and automatically select the optimum setting for any operating state. There is no need for the installer to set the volume flow manually, as is otherwise usually required.

Demand-driven circulation: Solar control unit

Solar control units allow demand-driven circulation. This means that when the tap is turned on, the pump switches on and hot water is fed to the tap. The pump then switches itself off again automatically. This avoids heat loss and power consumption is minimised by the pump.

Always the right solution: Thermal storage cylinders

Combination storage cylinders offer the highest efficiency class for solar heating installations for auxiliary heating. They are particularly suitable for use with Schüco heat pumps due to their large heat exchanger surfaces. Integrated convection control valves prevent heat loss. The variety of models and designs provide perfect solutions for every project - from small to large family homes.
