Schüco aluminium systems:
ALB 650 PP large louvre blade system
The passive large louvre blade Brise Soleil system can be used as canopy shading not just at windows or doors, it can also be used as a continuous solution over ribbon window constructions and façades. In conjunction with the Schüco ProSol TF thin-film module, it provides solar energy and optimum solar shading.
Schüco Jansen steel systems:
Multi-point locking now also for double-leaf doors (in accordance with EN 179 / EN 1125)
The growing demand for self-locking, multi-point locking components has prompted Schüco Jansen steel systems to extend its previous range of single-leaf locks to now also include double-leaf fittings for emergency exits and doors.

Schüco VentoTherm
Due to new standards and legal regulations, the ventilation of living spaces is becoming an increasingly important topic. The decentralised Schüco VentoTherm ventilation system, which is integrated in the window, fulfils all the requirements in full. In terms of draught exclusion, noise reduction and burglar resistance, the system also offers all the benefits of a closed window.

This project showcases expressive architecture inspired by archetypes of natural shapes. The 14-storey tower has an elliptical floor plan that widens as it stretches skyward. The glass façade spirals up the sinuous, somewhat oblique building structure. This is a special construction with a twin-wall façade into which sun screens have been inserted.
