Schüco aluminium systems:
AWS and ADS 112.IC - energy efficiency with a sophisticated design
As the world's first passive house-certified aluminium window, the AWS 112.IC is a true expert in energy efficiency. It combines the conventional benefits of aluminium windows such as stability, a wide range of surface finish options, robustness and durability, with unique thermal insulation and a Uw value lower than 0.8 W/(m2K). When combined with the ADS 112.IC aluminium door system, this creates an optimum energy combination, which can be integrated harmoniously into passive house-certified building envelopes and can satisfy even the highest design requirements.

New look for Minol administrative building
When architect Hans Klein of Architekten Klein GmbH was approached with the plans for an extensive façade modernisation project, he suggested that his clients take a new direction and make a prestige project of the modernisation. By renovating the façade using the Schüco FW 50+.HI system, the office building saves a marked amount of energy. The new, modern architectural style enhances the building and highlights that façade renovation can set new standards both in terms of architecture and energy.
