Schüco – Stand E71, Halle 9.0 ©Byggeindustrien,TrondJoelsen,Oslo/NOR „Of ces”-Award für Statoil Konzernzentrale in Fornebu/NOR Award win in “Of ces” category for Statoil company headquarters in Fornebu/NOR Die Jury des WAF Awards 2013 lobte den charakteristisch skan- dinavischen Ansatz des Statoil- Gebäudes von a-lab Architekten aus Oslo, der durch eine modulare Konstruktion und wirtschaftliche Architektur sowie ein tiefes Ver- ständnis für demokratische und soziale Werte in einer modernen Ein Bürogebäude im Superlativ – modernstes Design, maxi- male Vorfertigung, gigantische Stahlkonstruktionen, kürzeste Bauzeit, enorme Medienpräsenz und jede Menge Auszeich- nungen. Der Neubau der Statoil Niederlassung in Oslo-Fornebu wurde nun während des World Architecture Festivals 2013 in Singapur mit dem WAF Award in der Kategorie „Of ces“ ausgezeichnet. Für die Fassaden wurde gemeinsam mit den Architekten eine Schüco Sonderkonstruktion entwickelt. The newbuild of the Statoil branch in Fornebu, Oslo, received the WAF Award in the “Offices” category at the World Architecture Festival 2013 in Singapore. For the façades, a Schüco special construction was developed together with the architects. Arbeitsumgebungüberzeugt. Eine besondere Herausforderung war die extrem kurze Bauzeit von nur 20 Monaten. Ein Großteil der Stahl- und Betonkonstruktio- nen sowie der Fassadenelemen- te wurde vorfabriziert und vor Ort montiert. Während noch die Stahlkonstruktionen der oberen Riegel platziert wurden, brachte das Unternehmen Flex Fasader AB bereits an den unteren Rie- geln die vorfabrizierten Fassaden- elemente an, die gemeinsam mit Schüco als Sonderkonstruktion mit 80 mm-Pro len entwickelt wurden. Der Prototyp der alumi- niumpulverbeschichteten Sand- wichpaneele wurde im Vorfeld im Schüco Technology Center hinsichtlich aller Anforderungen geprüft. Eine sich über alle drei Geschosse ziehende schwarze Glasfassade an den kurzen Enden der Riegel, die ebenfalls in Koope- ration mit Schüco entwickelt wur- de, kontrastiert die weißen Längs- fassaden. Hier kamen Beschläge der Standardelemente des Schüco Systems ALB zum Einsatz. Schüco gratuliert Bauherr und Architekten zur Auszeichnung. The exhibition, with its key theme of “Explore Technology for Life - the best energy is the energy that is not consumed”, is regarded as ground-breaking when it comes to energy ef ciency and sustain- ability. As the leading supplier of building envelopes with integrated networking technology, Schüco will be showcasing solutions for windows and doors, lighting, solar shading and building automation. Schüco – Stand E71, Hall 9.0 and economical architecture, cou- pled with a deep understanding of democratic and social values in a modern working environment. One of the major challenges was the extremely short construc- tion period of only 20 months. A large proportion of the steel and concrete constructions, as well as the façade units, were pre-fab- ricated and installed on site. The pre-fabricated façade units were developed together with Schüco as a special construction using 80 mm pro les. The prototype of the aluminium powder-coated sandwich panels was tested for all possible requirements in advance in the Schüco Technology Center. Also developed in cooperation with Schüco, a black glass façade at the short ends of the bars ex- tends across all three storeys and contrasts with the white façades of the long sides. Fittings for the standard units of the Schüco ALB system were used here. Schüco congratulates both the client and the architects on their award.
